Job Summary
Location Manager leads a 10-member Trade Sales team, recruits and trains staff to meet the Location's sales budgets, engages in new client prospecting and joint client meetings for faster conversions, shares data with the team to target segments, collaborates with Asset Channels (WCG, SME, Agri) to achieve asset budgets, conducts regular product/process training to strengthen team capabilities, enforces zero-tolerance on disciplinary/compliance issues, ensures a productive work environment, and coordinates with Trade PSMs, Branches and TSMs to deliver quality service to NTB clients onboarded by TRMs. Requires MBA with 7–8 years in Current Account & Business Banking - Sales and 2–3 years of team leadership; strong networking and communication skills; ability to engage with high-end professional firms for large-value transactions; and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with min 7 to 8 years of experience in Current account & Business Banking - Sales
- min 2 to 3 years of team handling experience
- Ability to handle a team of 10
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Trade and Forex products/processes
- Networking with high end CA/CS/Corporate Law firms for sourcing large value capital transactions
