Job Summary
Location Manager at Auto Ramp Services (ARS) overseeing PTI location operations in Silver Bow, MT. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training on safety and procedures, coordinating day-to-day activities of unloaders and checkpoint personnel (scheduling, working with trucking companies), monitoring performance and inventory control procedures, maintaining communication with railroad customers, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires early start at 7:00 AM, ability to work weekends/holidays, management experience, valid driver’s license, ability to operate manual transmission, physical ability to climb ladders, and willingness to adhere to strict guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Management experience of multiple individuals
- Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and extensive background check
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to operate and drive vehicles with manual transmission
- Able to climb ladders (15 to 20 to enter railcars) and not be afraid of heights
- Learn and follow very strict guidelines and instruct employees of the same
