Job Summary
Location Manager at Remington Seeds – owns responsibility for all activities at the Lincoln, IL location, focusing on customer satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, process efficiency, employee safety, and employee development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising location staff; conducting annual reviews; implementing safety programs; ensuring seed quality and production aligns with specifications; driving ISO Quality Management System implementation; communicating location strategy; ensuring adequate staffing and budgeting; evaluating capacity and recommending capital improvements; and initiating problem solving to improve location performance.
