Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service and build relationships with customers while supervising teammates to achieve organizational and financial goals. Maintain work schedules, manage paid time off and absences, and provide oversight and direction to staff in accordance with company policies. Coach, mentor, and develop employees through new teammate orientation and performance evaluations, ensuring all services meet LubeZone standards. Resolve customer problems and complaints using strong troubleshooting skills to maintain a safe, respectful, and healthy work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in retail/store management, with a track record of increasing responsibility and building outstanding teams
- Experience with class 6, 7 and 8 semi-truck mechanics and/or lubrication
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer problems and complaints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
