Job Summary
Manage operational expenses, explain budget variances, and oversee injury and collision claims. Ensure safety practices and applicable regulations are obeyed by all employees while maintaining facilities and buses to First Student safety and environmental standards. Set accurate schedules for routes, minimize drive times and mileage, and provide accurate operational and financial reporting. Drive employee engagement and recognition while ensuring purchases follow company processes. Requires a 4-year degree, 3 years management experience, and strong communication skills. Monday through Friday, 6:00am-4:00pm. Up to $95,000/yr plus 20% bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Business background in financial, strategic, and/or organizational analysis
