Lead the distribution operation through inventory management, staff supervision, cash management, and delivery logistics while providing proactive support to customers. Manage dispatching, customer service, parts pulling and checking, and perform warehouse work as needed. This working manager role requires a proven team player with at least five years in automotive parts distribution leadership, three years of P&L responsibility, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by analyzing reports to improve processes and motivating a dynamic team.
Required Qualifications
- 21 or older
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role
- 3 years of P&L responsibility
- Strong attention to detail
