Job Summary
Location Manager at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Annapolis, MD. Lead the supervision and coordination of administrative and clinical staff, oversee clinical, administrative, and operational functions, manage financial processes, recruit/train/counsel personnel, ensure quality patient care, schedule surgeries and treatments, and maintain OSHA compliance. Requires supervisory experience in a medical office (dermatology- preferred), CPR certification, knowledge of medical terminology, billing and insurance coding, familiarity with medical computer programs, and strong communication skills. USA work authorization required; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical office environment- highly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Dermatology Office- highly preferred
- Current CPR certification and continuing education compliance
- Knowledge of medical computer programs, billing, and insurance coding
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
