Job Summary
Direct daily operations at a specified location by managing customer relationships, budgeting, and profit and loss stewardship while supervising staff on unloading, loading, and grain sales. Coach team members through performance reviews, goal setting, and continuous improvement efforts to meet standards. Collaborate with merchandisers to plan sales programs, coordinate distribution, and enforce credit policies. Maintain profitability through staffing management, expense control, and annual business planning. Adhere strictly to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and DOT requirements. Requires a valid driver's license, 5-10 years of related experience, and full-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree and 5-10 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- English Proficiency
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, EPA and policies and procedures
- Knowledge of management and supervisory principles and practices, including program planning, contract requirements, budgeting, direction, coordination, and evaluation
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with individuals within and outside the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and internet
- Ability to think quickly, maintain self-control, and adapt to stressful situations
