Job Summary
Part-time Location Maintenance & Repair Technician responsible for cleaning and maintaining strollers and vending units at Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall and Planet Fitness locations in the Anchorage area; perform repairs, scheduled maintenance, and maintain relationships with mall management; duties include cash collections, end-of-month paperwork, and reporting; training provided; requires strong customer service, mechanical/diagnostic aptitude, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule; role may involve occasional travel between locations and adherence to state/federal laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a customer service role
- 3 years of field-based product support experience (route) is preferred
- Some level of mechanical and diagnostic aptitude
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Technical degree or similar preferred
