Job Summary
Service and maintain equipment at the Alexandria Mall, ensuring all items are clean, in good repair, and functioning as designed. Perform accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions while adhering to facility and corporate policies. Maintain regular contact with the District Service Manager and compile reports using computer and smartphone proficiency. Lift up to 40 lbs to waist height and push or pull 75-100 lbs, working long periods while standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Improve location revenue consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Working knowledge of equipment
- Electrical and mechanical equipment repair
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Maintain accurate records
- Compile reports
- Proficient in computer and Smartphone use
- Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
- Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
- Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
