Job Summary
Location Leader (Agronomy & Grain Operations Manager) leads daily grain and agronomy operations, oversees team development, customer relationships, and financial performance of the Kingsley, IA location. Responsible for guiding a team, ensuring safe and efficient operations, managing budgets and inventory, and delivering professional customer experiences while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to build productive relationships with producers and colleagues across agronomy, grain, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Five or more years of related agriculture, operations, or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing people, operations, budgets, and customer relationships
- Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Chemical Handler's License, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
