Job Summary
Lead total store operations at CarMax Hartford (CT) to drive associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Oversee budgets and P&L, recruit/train/promote staff, set store strategy with senior management, ensure EH&S compliance, and manage performance via reviews and career planning. Requires 5+ years of management experience, flexibility for rotating schedules (nights, weekends, holidays), and ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrate leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-department collaboration to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and store performance.
