Job Summary
The Location Facility Manager will oversee all facility operations at the Guthrie, OK feed mill, lead maintenance and production activities, and manage training and SOP implementation. Responsibilities include supervising hourly production personnel, implementing QA/QC programs and FSMA compliance, coordinating production schedules with production and sales teams, liaising with procurement for material orders, monitoring inventory and warehouse space, driving maintenance and capital-improvement projects, and promoting cross-functional collaboration across sales, accounting, procurement, and operations. Requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in feed/grain milling and 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong mechanical aptitude, OSHA/HACCP/FSMA knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 5+ years of experience in feed or grain milling environments
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance-minded
- Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and operational procedures
- Ability to write reports, document issues, and communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Practical problem-solving skills with a proactive and safety-focused mindset
