Job Summary
Location Coordinator will provide administrative, financial, technical, and/or specialized support to elevator operations. Responsibilities include entering orders/contracts into systems, coordinating logistics and paperwork, assisting with onboarding, processing payables and related invoices, reconciling A/R and A/P, extensive customer service, data entry, and general office support. The role involves accurate data entry of inbound/outbound truck and rail units, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and communicating with stakeholders including farmers, management, auditors, and external parties. The position supports multiple business areas and facilities (operations, customer service, HR, payroll, maintenance, facilities, logistics, and finance).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- 3 years’ experience desired
- Good 10-key data entry skills
- Strong PC skills – Microsoft Products
- General office experience
- Grain experiences a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Teamwork – work as a member of a team to share ideas and solve problems
