Job Summary
Location Coordinator at Bunge responsible for providing administrative, financial, technical, and specialized support to elevator operations across multiple areas (operations, customer service, HR, payroll, maintenance, logistics, and finance). Key duties include processing payables and invoices, ensuring accuracy of commodity invoices and freight charges, making corrections within discount tables, extensive customer service and relationship-building with farmers and external parties, daily reconciliation of payables, weekly reconciliation of payables and receivables, handling routine correspondence, assisting with elevator duties such as weighing trucks and radio communication, maintaining filing systems, supporting reconciliations of A/R and A/P, providing general office and accounting support, and ensuring documentation and service work are up to date. Emphasis on data entry, accuracy in invoicing, timely reporting, and safety/environmental issue escalation. Proficiency in MS Office and 10-key data entry, with grain experience considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in a related role
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- General office experience
- Good PC skills – Microsoft Products
- 10-key data entry skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
