Job Summary
Locate Technicians identify and mark underground utility lines using specialized equipment, read utility maps/diagrams to determine buried services, accurately document work and complete reports on laptops/tablets, communicate with contractors/homeowners, ensure safety compliance, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Training is provided; candidates need a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Travel locally and occasional overtime/weekends are required. Preferred experience in construction, utilities, landscaping, or field work, plus basic knowledge of GPS or mobile mapping tools. Independent work with a focus on safety and accuracy is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods
