Job Summary
Locate Technicians to identify and mark underground utility lines using specialized equipment, read utility maps/diagrams to determine buried services, document work and complete reports, communicate with contractors/homeowners, comply with safety standards, work independently in outdoor environments, and maintain equipment; training provided. Preference for experience in construction, utilities, landscaping, or field work and basic knowledge of GPS/mobile mapping tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods
- Willingness to travel locally and work overtime or weekends as needed
