Localization Project Cordinator

Job Summary
Localization Project Coordinator responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects. Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all projects assigned to the individual, juggle multiple projects and priorities, liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters, establish relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally, negotiate with vendors, coordinate with quality personnel to ensure linguistic accuracy, communicate issues or caveats, and distribute information to sales staff. Requires Hebrew proficiency, excellent English communication, and a minimum Bachelor’s degree. Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Position located in Tel Aviv, Israel; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Hebrew
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Customer service and/or project management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Office
