Job Summary
Localization Product Manager role focused on leading localization of industrial automation and sensor solutions for the China market. Responsibilities include market research, translating insights into product strategy and roadmaps, defining localized product portfolios, coordinating with R&D/Quality/Supply Chain, supplier qualification, go-to-market planning, and lifecycle monitoring. Requires a technical degree, 5+ years in product management in industrial automation, knowledge of sensors/actuators/PLCs/robotics/IIoT, cross-functional collaboration, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience within industrial automation, sensors, manufacturing technology, or related industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies (sensors, actuators, PLCs, robotics, DCS, SCADA, IIoT, Industry 4.0)
- Proven lifecycle product management experience from market analysis to commercialization
- Experience with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales
- Fluent English; international/multicultural work experience advantageous
