Localization Coordinator, Subtitling

Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of subtitling projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to client specifications. Communicate workflow steps to internal and external stakeholders, create detailed plans of action, maintain project status trackers, and run daily reports. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, coordinate redeliveries and rejections, and resolve payment tasks monthly. Requires BA/BS degree (preferred), 1-2 years in media/localisation (entry-level considered), excellent English communication, strong organization, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines. Fluency in an additional language is a plus; ability to multitask and work under pressure in a global, cross-time-zone environment.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred
- 1-2 year-experience in Media/Localization industry, but entry-level candidates will be considered
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency in another language is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends if needed to meet specific project deadlines
