Job Summary
Coordinate project workflows by confirming requirements, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Respond to client emails promptly, maintain communication with vendors, and provide regular updates on deadlines and changes. Develop project plans with clear timelines and budgets, oversee quality assurance with linguists, and manage POs for proper documentation and billing. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain strong client relationships. This night shift role supports our localization services team, covering MTPE, DTP, Media, and Elearning projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Certificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etc
- Solid understanding of CAT and QA Tools
- Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI
- Basic knowledge of Localization Engineering
