Job Summary
Coordinate project workflows by confirming requirements, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery. Respond to client emails promptly, maintain communication with vendors, and provide regular updates on deadlines and changes. Develop project plans with clear timelines and budgets, oversee quality assurance with linguists, and manage POs for billing. Prepare and deliver files to clients while addressing requests and optimizing team efficiency. This role supports the localization team in delivering MTPE, DTP, and AI projects on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Certificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etc
- Solid understanding of CAT and QA Tools
- Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI
- Basic knowledge of Localization Engineering
