Job Summary
Lead end-to-end localisation of integrated campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, Print, Social and OOH for 13+ European locales; drive transcreation, cultural checks, and quality control, and manage asset trafficking to media owners. Collaborate with local and global teams and external agencies to agree on media formats, deliverables, and schedules; continuously improve localisation workflows and project management tools. Requires 8+ years in transcreation/localisation and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate large-scale campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid London-based role with 12-month FTC.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in transcreation, localisation, and integrated production within a post-production agency or in-house localisation team
- Hands-on experience managing localisation workflows across TV, Radio, Online Video, Digital, Print and Social
- Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders, clearly defining roles and responsibilities
- Strong prioritisation and multi-workflow management skills under tight timelines
- Native-level proficiency in at least one European language outside of English (preferred)
- Degree in Languages, International Studies, or related field (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
