Job Summary
Perform exterior occupancy verifications for residential properties in Niobrara County, WY as a Field Inspector contractor. Responsibilities include determining property occupancy status, capturing 9+ photos, and submitting brief reports via mobile applications. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory with a typical on-site time of 5–6 minutes per inspection, and must cover long drives through rural areas. The role requires a reliable vehicle, familiarity with country roads, own equipment (phone, computer, printer), and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Earnings are on a 1099 per-inspection basis with typical hourly earnings around $25–$35 depending on county volume.
