Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans while administering medications and treatments safely. Monitor residents for condition changes and document care clearly and timely. Work collaboratively with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe, resident-centered environment. Deliver 3x12-hour shifts (7p–7a) for a 13-week contract with consistent hours and no travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (state-licensed)
- Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
- Experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care
- Experience working agency or travel assignments
