Local Training Coordinator

Job Summary
Support internal and external technical training requests for CS engineers and customers; manage training forecast input, schedule distribution, and slot management with local offices. Register participants in MyLearning and monitor trainee status (prerequisites, reservations, schedule changes). For external customers, collect forecasts, input data, create quotations, and maintain training credit balances. Manage session planning and assignment for local training (Safety, Crane, EHS, etc.). Act as MyLearning key user, provide system guidance, and handle inquiries. Drive continuous improvements aligned with new technology and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 1-3 years working experience in training coordination, administration or related field
