Job Summary
Lead local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, and check average for Bubba’s 33 by building relationships with local businesses, hotels, and community organizations; execute in-house promotions, community events, and public relations efforts (media releases, cooking segments, publicity events) while collaborating with the Managing Partner and management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives; drive brand awareness and store-level sales through community engagement and ongoing programs; role includes communicating results and plans to leadership via team channels (Alley Rallies) and advancing opportunities for growth within a supportive, award-winning workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in local store/field marketing or community outreach
- Ability to build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and civic groups
- Ability to develop and implement marketing programs to drive guest loyalty and sales
- Strong communication and public relations skills
- Team collaboration with store leadership and management
