Local Service Manager - Hygiene

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a service team in the Initial Hygiene division to consistently deliver high-quality service to customers in Perth. Responsibilities include coaching, motivating, and training the service team; monitoring productivity and implementing regional operational plans; conducting regular quality audits; ensuring adherence to service practices; optimizing service efficiency through available tools and technology; maintaining company vehicles in safe, reliable condition; proactively resolving customer issues; and developing long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar services role, 3+ years in a management role with services/operations experience, familiarity with worksite safety initiatives, strong communication and commercial skills, and a proven track record of leading by example to uphold high customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years in a similar services role
- 3 or more years experience within a management role with a services or operations background
- Experienced in implementing Worksite safety initiatives, dispute resolution, and regular reporting to higher management
- High-level communications and commercial experience
