Job Summary
Execute local marketing programs, including promotions and fundraising initiatives, by visiting businesses, schools, offices, and hospitals daily to build relationships. Proactively prospect and close new catering accounts while driving repeat dine-in traffic through neighborhood partnerships and community engagement. Coordinate local events, festivals, and sponsorships to boost brand awareness, then log daily outreach activity and report weekly on catering pipelines and traffic impact to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, confident communicator who's comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation
- Proven success in in-person sales, networking, or business development
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by daily activity in the field
- Organized and accountable — reliably tracks outreach and follows through on commitments
- Reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the region
