Job Summary
Lead retail reset and remodel labor for SPAR stores, performing physical construction work including installing and modifying steel pallet racking, assembling shelving fixtures, and updating signage. Execute planogram experience to merchandise products while lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs as part of a daytime team. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, climbing ladders up to 16 feet off the ground and using basic hand tools. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to stand for extended periods. Gain hands-on experience in retail fixture installations and merchandising projects while supporting store operations efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work daytime shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working up to 16 feet off the ground when required
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to the local job site

- Appropriate work boots/footwear required (closed toe shoes) on the job site
