Job Summary
Planogram experience and ability to merchandise product, perform physical construction and reset work in retail stores, install and modify steel pallet racking and retail shelving systems, build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures, update signage and shelf conditions, lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, and work safely as part of a team. Day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. SPAR Marketing Force partners with national retailers to complete store remodels, fixture installations, and merchandising projects that keep stores operating efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work daytime shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working up to 16 feet off the ground when required
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to the local job site
- Personal cell phone and valid email address required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Appropriate work boots/footwear required (closed toe shoes) on the job site
