Job Summary
Provide direct psychiatric nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for supervising medication schedules and evaluating patient progress based on behavioral changes, monitoring and recording results of medications and treatments, and assisting patients in improving coping abilities. Night shift 3x12. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on symptomatology, treatment, and discharge instructions, and supporting outcome-based treatment plans.
