Job Summary
Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while providing bedside care and executing individualized patient assessments to create care plans. Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as necessary, assisting physicians during examinations and treatments. Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptomology is displayed. This MedSurg RN role requires a 3x12 night shift schedule.
