Job Summary
MedSurg RN provides bedside nursing care to a variety of patients, performing individualized assessments to inform an evidence-based plan of care. Responsibilities include preparing, administering, and documenting medications; initiating action for adverse symptoms; changing dressings; inserting catheters; and starting IVs as needed. Shift is 3x12 nights in Henderson, TN. The role requires clinical proficiency in medical-surgical nursing and collaboration with physicians to support patient safety and treatment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- RN license or eligibility to practice in Tennessee
- Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
