Job Summary
MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized patient assessments to create an individualized plan of care. MedSurg RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, assist physicians during examination and treatment, initiate actions when adverse symptoms are displayed, and perform procedures such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Shift: 3x12 Nights.
