Provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized assessments to create care plans. Prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations and treatments, and administer prescribed medications. Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptomology appears and perform tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as necessary.
