Plan and manage patient care specific to each patient, administering and monitoring medications, fluids, and dressing changes while performing ongoing vital sign assessments. Act as the eyes and ears of registered nurses and physicians, supervising nursing assistants and addressing individual patient care plan problems. Provide solutions for patient-specific issues and maintain accurate assessments of intravenous lines. Lead a group of nurses during the 3 x 12 night shift rotation.
