Job Summary
Lead FX and fixed income corporate sales across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore; own regional P&L, originate and structure cross-asset solutions for large corporates; expand and maintain senior client relationships with treasury/finance; partner with Corporate Banking, Payments, Trading, Structuring and Investment Banking to deliver optimal risk management solutions; coach and develop junior talent.
Required Qualifications
- Strong FX and Derivatives Market Knowledge
- 8+ years of experience in sales, relationship management and managing P&L
- Ability to partner with internal stakeholders including corporate banking, investment banking, trading and other product teams
- Developed and established relationships with key corporate clients
- Strong understanding of regulatory framework applicable across corporates banking needs
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong executive presence; able to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders (Treasurers, CFOs, senior management)
