Job Summary
Senior Local Marketing Associate responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (sponsorships, social, PR, and internal tools) aligned to business objectives. Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform campaign design and strategy; collaborate with Field/Sales, Brand, Communications, Events, and Analytics to ensure alignment; define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs; identify growth opportunities and emerging channels; produce post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations; manage external agencies and vendors to meet scope, quality, timelines, and budgets; oversee project management including writing/presenting business cases and managing budgets and timelines. Target: contribute to achieving 15% deposit share across branch markets; required a degree in Marketing/ Communications and 3+ years in marketing/financial services; strong presentation and writing skills; adept at cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or financial services field/sales
- Strong presentation, communication and writing skills; able to build a strong business case, present and defend ideas and constructively optimize feedback
- Highly self-motivated; creative solutions orientation; capable of thinking holistically and pivoting as needed
- Superior project management, problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - relationship development and negotiating skills and ability to work across multiple lines of business with colleagues at all levels
