Job Summary
Conduct quality patient care during assessment, intervention, and evaluation processes while collaborating with the healthcare team to formulate care plans. Dispense medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status continuously. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Work a 3x12 night shift schedule. This role supports the Long Term Acute Care unit in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Long Term Acute Care RNs (LTAC RNs)
- Dispensing medications
- Dispensing chest tubes
- Dispensing ventilators
- Dispensing wound vacs
- Dispensing critical care IV Drips
- Dispensing feeding tubes
- Dispensing central lines
- Monitoring, implementing and evaluating the status of the patient
- Giving guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
- 3x12 Nights shift availability
