Local LTAC RN Job in Rochelle Park, New Jersey

Conduct patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations while managing complex care plans for Long Term Acute Care patients. Dispense medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status continuously. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Work a 3x12 night shift schedule. Ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care through collaboration with the entire healthcare team.
