Local LTAC RN Job in Rochelle Park, New Jersey

Conduct patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations while managing complex care plans involving medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care, while monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient status. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. This role requires a 3x12 night shift schedule.
