Local Laws Officer x2

Investigate complaints, conduct patrols, gather evidence of breaches of Local Laws and relevant legislation; take enforcement action including issuing notices and preparing compliance documentation; provide accurate advice to customers and stakeholders; manage a caseload in line with legislative requirements; prepare reports and legal documentation; contribute to team outcomes and deliver high-standard service; requires strong communication, de-escalation, investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and well-developed written communication; local government experience is desirable but not essential; rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
