Job Summary
Local IT Support role at Ubisoft Ivory Tower focusing on managing Windows 11/workstations and Windows Server 2022, IT asset lifecycle, dev kits and test kits, supplier interactions for hardware repair/purchase, incident and bug resolution, Active Directory access management, conference/meeting infra, local infrastructure & facility tasks (alarm/control access, office moves, stock management), and user-focused IT support, with training on IT security and participation in internal events and cross-team IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Maîtrise de Windows 11 et Windows Server
- Réseau Active Directory, adressage IPv4, TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi‐Fi
- Rigueur et minutie dans la gestion des tâches
- Bon niveau d’anglais (oral et écrit)
- Support IT de proximité orienté service client
- Animation de formations sur la sécurité informatique et les outils IT
