Job Summary
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and telecommunications systems across five continental organizations in Australia, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore, ensuring consistency and compliance. Lead, mentor, and support a small IT team while coordinating technical resources and help desk functions to resolve user issues across multiple time zones. Manage regional IT budgets, vendor relationships, and external service providers to optimize cost-effective resource allocation. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and implement preventive measures to improve efficiency and reliability. Plan and execute IT projects aligned with organizational objectives while maintaining accurate asset inventory and documentation. Ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards specific to each regional market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience
- Proven experience managing IT teams in small to mid-sized organizations
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and system security
- Experience with IT service delivery and technical support operations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT documentation and asset management
