Job Summary
Local Home Loan Specialist responsible for providing personalised lending support across personal loans, credit cards, and mortgage applications, while handling loan processing and distribution. The role includes building strong relationships with Ayr Members, supporting the Area Manager with business development, coaching and mentoring staff, and leading the mortgage retention program to ensure Members feel supported throughout their lending journey. Requires lending experience, sales skills, strong customer service and communication abilities, keen attention to detail, solid mathematical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
