Job Summary
Safely operate a commercial tanker truck from local transfer stations to landfills, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while transporting liquids. Load and unload the vehicle using hoses or pumps as needed, and complete pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR. Immediately report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations and Safety Managers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local transportation laws. Work Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, maintaining a clean driving record and ability to work shifts exceeding 10 hours.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A driver
- tanker endorsement
- Houston, TX area
- Minimum of 2 years of recent verifiable commercial driving experience
- Able to work more than 10 hours shifts
- Have a clean driving record with consistent employment
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pass a pre-employment background check
