Job Summary
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, checking oil and fuel before yard departure. Secure loads, verify shipping documents, and obtain customer signatures upon delivery. Perform preventive maintenance, keep the truck clean, and maintain accurate driving records, logs, and EOB contact with base. Operate a dry van or flatbed locally, averaging 500–700 miles per week on a dedicated day shift. Follow all safety, DOT, and Company rules while ensuring safe operating conditions. Work a 5-on, 2-off schedule with home time every weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Class A license
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
