Conduct pre-procedure assessments by reviewing patient information, including history and medications, and administer necessary patient medication during endoscopic procedures. Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures while assisting doctors. Observe patient vital signs post-procedure and monitor the recovery process with the healthcare team. Answer patient questions and address their concerns throughout the shift. Work a 4x10 day schedule.
