Job Summary
Deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and return empty trailers to the branch, maintaining strict delivery time windows. Immediately communicate any problems with your supervisor and perform all duties while adhering to company safety standards. Operate single axle trailers ranging from 28 to 48 feet with tandem axle tractors, ensuring a valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements and a clean driving record. Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, following dress code and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years
- Applicant must pass required Drug and Physical Screening
- At least 1 year of DOT driving experience required
- Must have a valid state issued Class A CDL driver's license with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
- Ability to operate/drive a single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft., trailers with tandem axle tractors
- Must have High School Diploma or GED – Work experience may be substituted for education
